Sapphire Minds is a social enterprise focused on improving the mental health and wellbeing of neurodiverse people. Our mission is to build inclusive, supportive spaces where everyone, no matter their neurodevelopmental differences, can feel valued and thrive.
We offer direct support and specialist training to individuals, families, communities, and organisations. Our goal is to help people understand neurodiversity and mental health better, reduce stigma, and promote fairness.
As a social enterprise, we use most of our profits to grow our work, develop new services, and support those who need us most. Whether we’re working one-to-one or with large groups, everything we do is based on empathy, real-life experience, and proven methods.
We believe in a world where neurodiverse minds are respected, supported, and celebrated and we’re working to make that a reality.
Our inspiration for this venture stems from a previous role where we worked together, supporting individuals facing early and enduring mental health concerns, and neurodevelopmental differences.
We recognised there is a gap in services for people who are neurodivergent and struggling with their mental health and this is where the idea for Sapphire Minds was born.
We’re bringing together years of experience working in mental health with our personal and professional understanding and experiences of neurodiversity. We've supported both adults and children with neurodevelopmental differences, and we’ve seen first-hand how important it is to approach care with empathy, knowledge, and flexibility.
That’s why we’re creating a service that truly understands and supports the connection between mental health and neurodiversity because we believe that with the right support, every individual can thrive.
